Chef Driven, Award Winning Heritage
Co-owners Scott and Heather Fratangelo bring decades of acclaimed culinary experience to F.L.O.C., building on L’inizio in Ardsley, NY, a seasonal Italian-inspired restaurant recognized by Westchester Magazine and awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023; Chef Scott’s background spans leading roles at Spigolo, Union Square Café, Gramercy Tavern, and more, with training from NY Institute of Technology, and he partners with Feeding Westchester to support food-insecure families across the county.
Driven By Flavor
At the heart of F.L.O.C is a commitment to bold, seasonal cuisine. Each dish is thoughtfully created using high-quality ingredients and refined techniques. Scott’s savory mastery pairs seamlessly with Heather’s exceptional pastry artistry. Together, they balance innovation with tradition in every plate. The result is a menu that feels both elevated and inviting.
Artful Desserts, Refined Craftsmanship
Executive Pastry Chef Heather has developed her palate for all things dessert at New York City’s Union Square Café (where she and Scott met), Eleven Madison Park, db Bistro Moderne, and Salute. She graduated from the French Culinary Institute.
